This tire swivel has 3 prongs to prevent chains from tangling. Our heavy duty commercial tire swivel has a rubber boot to prevent fingers from being pinched. For wood frame swing sets. This tire swivel now has a plate that is 5 3/4" L x 2 3/4” W with two 5/8” diameter holes that are 4 1/2" center to center.
